In a land as ancient as time itself, something stirs in the darkness, waiting to be awoken...

There is a strangeness to the land. Nathaniel is a guardsman of the city of Ollorath, the capital of the Great Republic. His life is changed forever when he is exposed to the evil lurking near the forest outside the city. It becomes his quest to prepare the city for the approach of a doom never seen before in the land. 

When his friends and fellows do not believe what he has seen and abandon him, he must venture alone to seek help from places further afield and ensure the future of his people. His quest will take him far beyond the borders of his homeland and to places unfathomable to the likes of men, to keep evil at bay and restore peace and prosperity to a stricken land

Before I started publishing my story on Wattpad I've had several people read it and they've told me it was good and they enjoyed reading it and I hope you all enjoy it as well. I've always been told I have a very active and creative imagination and I should use that i it a like and follow for more chapters to come. Please feel free to point out any grammatical errors you find that I may have missed as I'm constantly editing the story to make it better. *If any names in my story are that of real world people it's completely coincidental, I use a random name generator, which creates countless names, to help with the naming of some of my characters.
