"What's that?" Lapis asks me, clearly very confused about how a book had somehow landed on our rooftop without a trace.
I nervously go to the book and pick it up, blowing the dust off the cover.
"Treiya's Magic Book of Spells, by Alison Dane...? Hey, come here and check it out!"
"Okay, okay!" She replies, walking towards me.
