Its been 2 years since Courier Six helped Mr.House hold the Hoover Dam, since then its been hell for him, All of his companions moved on, both the NCR and the Legion hated his guts, but the worst of all was what Benny took from him, not the platinum chip but his memories, he couldn't remember anything about his personal life before he was shot in the head, he took that with him to the grave, then one day Mr.House offers The Courier a job, one that would unknowingly set Courier Six on the road to remembering his past

So yeah, you've all heard the story told by many. About how embracing nuclear power instead of fearing it would lead to having technology advanced quicker, you'd be partially correct about that... The year 2234 was the first and last time humanity was wrong about this statement. After the threat of WW5 many countries were locked into the doctrine of MAD (mutually assured destruction) if war with this power was to happen. But, worry not as many smart people did many smart things like make the Pip-Boy a kind of personal computer strapped to your wrist, there was also the assist bots (creative, I know) who helped the common folk with menial tasks, and stasis chambers or more commonly known as cryogenic pods (cryo pods for short). Well, after some undisclosed country(ies) launched their nukes at both the north and south poles, the world as we knew it was being flooded. People from all over the world had scrambled to try to get to their local vaults that were built by Vault-Tech to try and weather this worldwide catastrophe. Unfortunately, like many stories began the entirely of the human race was not fortunate. Nearly the entirety of the human populace was wiped out. There were was at least a few known places like Alterna and Vault 111. Well, like all the other places, they didn't last long. Alterna went into the dust after a failed attempt at flying a rocket into space to try and find a more suitable planet for humans. And almost every Vault had some sort of problem from a lack of power to improper oxygen filtration to radiation leaks. Well there was one Vault that's in an undisclosed location in a place called Vault 069 and it held the best and brightest people. This is the story of one of its only surviving residence lived with the new life that was created after ~12,000 years of not being seen. This is the story of a man nicknamed The Savior also known as (Y/N) the last remaining human on earth or at least what's left of it.

He never treated them with anything except respect. In the reflection of his cobalt eyes, though, neither saw themselves worth his respect. It wasn't a shaming, more of a profound regret that a man like Neil finally showed up and they were too far into the life to say "hey, this isn't who we are." The whole "I'm not as I am" Othello play was for victims anyway, and they weren't victims. They were volunteers. But just meeting Neil slammed the door on waiting any longer to get out and back to university. Then two other dealers left the club, and turned up in trash bags, their bodies hacked up by machete.

It's okay. I understand. It probably seems like that but I'm definitely here willingly." She laughed awkwardly, trying to break the silence. I snorted, "well that makes one of us." ------ Delaney Withers' father was killed 5 years ago and her world was flipped upside down.
