Life isn't fair - not even in the slightest. One moment you're making homemade lasagna with your family then the next your family is in shambles. Filling in the big hole their mother left was the hardest thing I ever had to do, but I would do it ten times over again if that meant my sisters were safe. I want to give them the life they should've had with our mom. I don't want them to know the cruel reality of growing up, they deserve to stay happy for a few more years.
