Ruby's Titan

AU where the Fall of Beacon didn't happen, and Team RWBY are on a mission. On it, Ruby is encountered by a newly hatched animal, and at first, she drives it away, but at graduation, a Massive, Unidentified Terrestrial Object, M.U.T.O., and it attacks. As for Ruby, she finds the animal, and it is HUGE NOW!! Now, Ruby must go into Vale, and prove that she is a Huntress to the end.
