Hope is the daughter of klaus the mafia father he owns the most powerful mafia family in the city of New Orleans he married hopes mother Hayley not for love but for power and has made a deal with another mafia father. Alaric owns the second most powerful family he married Josette out of love and they had a daughter named after her mother Josie when the deal was made between the two mafia leaders klaus made sure that Josie Wouldn't be married off to any other person She would marry Hope weather they were in love or not combing these two families will make their family's powerful but when one daughter get out of control the other has to make sure she knows her place
