A sophomore arts student Alexandria Rosario witness a bloody event on her vacation that triggered her bloody traumatic anxiety back when she was ten.

With her long time boyfriend and a junior criminology student Adrian Antonio by her side, they accidentally discover the true mysterious case of - Tamawo - a mystical creature (half human half carabao) and the five missing teenager. 

The bloody story behind the lost heads of the police officers who interrogate the mystical case over a years began to spread when the first five teenager from the 1991 missing. 

One of the missing teenager is Adrian's older brother, Alexandria tried to crack the mystery and she got it but she ended up losing one's life.

Will Alexandria and Adrian survive the vacation trip? Or they will end up their love story with a headless body.
