I think life is hard, very hard, and sometimes when you don't have the strenght to survive the day because you are tired and strenghtless you just need to remind youself that you are a fighter. These simple "rules" sometimes help me to survive the day and I hope they can help you as well if you decide to read them. If not just remind youself that you are worth it and no matter what others may say you are strong because you survived every day even tha bad once. You are a fighter.
Those "rules" are sayings I heard or read or even sayed myself that helped me through a dark time of my life so I don't take credit for everything.

Life doesn't have a rule book. But it has unsaid rules, some even tips. In no particular order, here are the rules that I feel have deep meanings (sometimes...) behind them. Especially for me. The Journey... (A true Story)
"I can't do this anymore; I just can't!" A line said in almost every individual's life. We all at one stage in our life dealt with such pain; where dying is easier then living. But, it's all a rollarcoaster that we have to fight through. I was once a shy, scared and sad little girl and now I'm a confident, compassionate and cheerful young lady. But, I wasn't always like this; at many stages I was extremely depressed. I know this seems like the stereotypical teenager's story but it was something much much more. Give my story a read and lets ride the rollarcoaster together. You never truly know what can impact you the most. It could be a book or even another person. Never close yourself off to be alone because you're shutting yourself from the beautiful world we live in together. Expect the unexpected and always reach for the stars. It's Okay to Use Your Big Girl Voice
Inside you will find a mixture of both, extremely RAW and refreshingly HEALING accounts of my personal war with my past. Unfortunately, Childhood sexual abuse is far too common, and many of share similar experiences. Looking back, what I could have used more than anything was someone to tell me "You're not alone, there is a lightness through the darkness, you can heal from this and most importantly don't EVER stop telling your story to make others comfortable". I've learned that silence is the best weapon for a predator, and I for one, have never been really good at doing what I'm told. I don't intend on starting now.
