When 14 year old Cady Lerium is blamed for the death of an old "friend", the gonvernment decides to put her in a mental asylum. But she doesn't remember anything from the incident and can't stick up for herself. Inside the asylum, Cady is losing more and more of her conscious and slowly forgetting everything around her.
