Imani came to freshman year in ATL to level up. New school, new dorm, new life. But instead of peace, she ends up draggin' old heartbreak right onto campus with her: Jae, the toxic stud who lies like it's a hobby and loves her only when it's convenient. After one lie too many, Imani finally cuts Jae off... for real this time. Heart bruised, pride cracked, and swearin' she was done with love, she runs straight into someone she never expected - a quiet, fine, soft-spoken man who got a smile warm enough to make her forget every mess she just crawled out of. She doesn't usually go for men, but she is attracted to him and wants to know why. He's nothing like Jae. And that scares her more than anything. Now Imani's stuck between her old chaos and a future she doesn't know if she deserves... While college life, drama, friendships, and secrets push her right into a story she ain't ready for.
