On her tenth birthday, Ririka Moriya is given a mysterious nurse cap by a transfer student named Kanou. Unbeknownst to her, this is the event that will change her life forever. As it turns out, Kanou - really Kanon - is not of this Earth. He is actually from Queen Earth, a version of Earth from a parallel universe, and he left to seek out the legendary warrior Nurse Angel after Queen Earth was laid to waste. With Kanon's gift, Ririka transforms into Nurse Angel and is tasked with saving both Earth and Queen Earth from those who would kill all living things in the multiverse. However, the path that Nurse Angel must walk is a path of both joy and sorrow, life and death, triumph and sacrifice.
