Percy Montgomery is the alpha of the Dark Moon.  All he wants is a mate.  He's in his last year of high school, when he get a chance to become pin pals with a cancer sick girl.  
Now meet Vera Holloway, she's a girl with cancer.  She becomes pin pals to a senior at the local high school.  She was protected all her life because of her nine older brothers and great father. 
But what happens when they meet?  And there mates.  What happens now?  Will they reject each other, or learn to love one another?
