The Doom Slayer, after defeating the Dark Lord, and being forced into a slumber suddenly finds himself in a realm he has never witnessed before. Beckoned by a force unknown, he wanders through winding corridors, and expansive landscapes. Horrors, and monsters await him at every twist, and turn. He meets allies, enemies, and even friends as he searches for what brought him here. But one question always remains: can he escape?
