Peter Parker is 14 and living outside of various buildings, one being Stark Tower. Also known as the avengers tower.
When Tony finds him one day, sat in the rainstorm.
He takes him in as his own son, as does Pepper, however they come to realise that Peter is, well. Different from other 14 year olds.
Thankfully that's perfect for them.
