20 years ago, the ozone layer dissipated into nothingness, and in it's stead, a hazy and fluctuating atmosphere descended on Earth. With it came what we called Zeroes, which were special unhuman-like powers. 7 years ago, a humongous explosion eclipsed Earth, rendering everyone helpless as it destroyed cities and left Earth in ruins. It stripped everyone of their Zeroes and even some of their memory. My name is Aleda Claefer. I am one of the few million humans left on Earth. But I am the only one who still has her Zero.
