Zipp Storm, a female pony princess that lives in Zephyr Heights related to her guardian/ teacher, Rainbow Dash. Zipp is tired of not getting attention so she flies to Maritime Bay for a break, hanging out with Sunny, Hitch and Izzy. On her way back home, she crosses something in the ocean that seems not so right, she goes a bit deeper into investigation, but than..she finds a necklace that was hidden deep in the ocean, she than brought it home with her to keeps it hidden. One night on a blue moon, the necklace was out of hiding, when the light from the moon touched it..the necklace was filled with power.. possessing some type of magic, never seen or heard of in Equestria, ever.. this is Zipp's necklace? Will anything from the necklace effect her?
