Y/N is a small Streamer on YouTube with around 10K subscribers. One day he cought Shigaraki's attention when streaming his 10K special. His 10K special was a QnA while playing random games. Shigaraki really loved Y/N's personality and found out through the stream they had alot in common. From hating how quirkless people are being treated and most of society in general to his favorite games, shows, anime etc.
