Erkenci Kus - Only If It's Real (Book 1)

Hi guys! Welcome to my writings! This is a semi-retelling of the original story from the beloved Turkish series, Erkenci Kus (Early Bird), with a reimagined ending to their beautiful story.

I loved the series instantly, and connected deeply with Sanem and Can, but was rather disappointed at the rushed ending. While the story ended positively and in the way I would have hoped, I felt the writers rushed the ending, not doing justice to the emotional investment made by millions into this couple. There is so much I wish they had addressed, and so much pain that I wish they had been willing to explore given the context of last 10 episodes of the show. So this book will definitely be going there. I am someone who values human emotion, without judgment and frustration. Whether it is happiness, sadness, anger or pain, and I wish the writers had had the time to explore the pain of Sanem and Can after this memory loss, rather than making it more of a comical blunder.

Overall as well, this will be a more mature version of the original, including more adult language, topics, intimacy and interactions.
