In the face of a zombie apocalypse even the strongest of men would be tempted to hide in their closets and stay there. When Adira Colt is forced to step up her role as leader and take care of her niece and nephew she knows she has no time for fear. With half of her family dead and the others nowhere to be found, she must learn to survive the new born world on her own. Trusting her survival instincts to keep her and her niece and nephew alive against not only monsters but also ruthless humans, who are out for blood. But when Adira discovers secrets that would have better been left unfound, fear may be the least of her worries.
