Aylins mother is murdered and her father is given the death penalty when he is found guilty of her murder. She and her sister Lilith live with their aunt and a year and a half after their fathers death a freak run in leads Aylin to discover secrets about her mothers death that she was unaware of. Her mother wasn't just murdered but murdered by a werewolf and its possible the murderer was still her father. Aylin and her sister are half werewolves.
She finds this out from Mr. Lane, a leader of a government branch that takes out magical races who are too dangerous, which is all of them. Luckily as only a half werewolf Aylin and her sister don't pose much of a threat because they can not shift. In fact she could be very helpful to the organization if she chooses to help eliminate these threats to the human race.
In the process maybe she can find out what really happened to her mother and father.

"Imi, I love you." Dragons are people too, but many seem to overlook the fact. In the Four Realms, all full dragons are shifters, able to take the shapes of the other six sapient species as they desire. When Imi, a half-dragon priestess of the goddess of life, and Lyle, also known as Lylnetrath, a full-dragon paladin in the service of the goddess of justice, fall in love, a whole world of dragons is exposed, kindling love and community and simultaneously drawing ire and hatred. A story of some of the dragons of the world of the Four Realms, featuring some characters already known from my earlier published stories and many others who are new. This story has three distinct parts, that of Before, told in five chapters, an Interlude, told in its entirety, and that of After, told in 17 chapters. The story is followed by several short epilogues. Part 1, part 2 and the epilogues are all told in the 3rd person. The interlude is told in the 1st person. It can be read as an independent story but some of the character backgrounds are not included and thus a few details might be a little confusing, but this should not detract from the overall story. To find my earlier stories, please visit https://www.wattpad.com/user/Josephclive99 This story contains references to sex, marriage, birth and labour, genocide, murder, delusions and extreme mental confusion, and the (magical) manipulation of people's minds. It also contains fantasy-fiction parallels to racism and hatred based on appearance, although almost all the characters are dragons and are not human at all. The tale uses the words, mad, and madness, as setting-appropriate references to mental ill-health. Note that the cover image is not owned by me. Update: if you enjoy this story, check out the parallel tale, The Dragon Isle's Mage, https://www.wattpad.com/story/403565048-the-dragon-isle%27s-mage-part-1

Nathalie and Dalia were once inseparable-two bright young activists bound by passion, purpose, and an undeniable pull toward each other. They found each other in the middle of rallies, late-night Discord calls, and shared playlists that spoke louder than words ever could. But just as their connection deepened, Dalia-mysterious and magnetic-suddenly vanished from Nathalie's life, leaving behind silence, a few lingering songs, and far too many unanswered questions. Years later, Nathalie is settled. But fate pulls her back when she bumps into Dalia -the same pair of sharp eyes, the same crooked smile, and all the same feelings she tried so hard to forget. Can love that was never given the chance to bloom still find its way back-or is it too late to begin again?
