 I was Inspired by trigerhappy2134 to make my own version of this idea but with my own personal twist on the story. 

In this world almost everyone who is lucky enough is born with a quirk (which is a superpower) Peter Parker has always had a hard time because he was born with a quirk that a lot of people consider useless when it comes to stopping villains. It's always been this way until he has a unexpected encounter
