Virgin. Chapters: 20-25 chapters with epilogues. Hailey has been sheltered almost all her life because her mom had feared so much for her safety she never allowed any trips unless it was together with her. She had always warned Hailey about the evil of men and how they could harm young ladies like her. Hailey had feared so much that she decided to never wander outside of the safety of their house and unfortunately, she never made any friends and had never experienced anything either. People in her city were always widely curious about her life and some boys had actually tried to invite her out on dates, to the horror of her mother. She didn't know what happened to them because her mom didn't accept any invitations and she never talked with any of them either. Now at 23, tragedy had arrived in her life. Her mom had passed away from a stroke and she had no one to rely on but an untie that mom had said she should seek in case something happened. She needed to travel alone to her mom auntie's home, without any sort of companion. She didn't dare accept anyone who offered to help her because mom had said she should trust just her auntie and anyone else. She didn't know if bad men would try to snatch her again and her only desire was to find a safe place she could live her pacific life, the way she did when her mom was alive.
Doubts - Regretful ex-FiancΓ©
Jonathan and Isabella will have a HEA. "You know," he replies, starting to move back and forth in front of me. "I used to ignore the fact that you don't have a name or a very nice background. That you did not attend a great university or whatever. It wasn't crucial to me. But now I recognize you for who you truly are." He comes to a halt and looks at me with contempt. "White trash. Aren't you one? Isn't that how they refer to folks like you?"Jonathan....! Jonathan?! I shake my head at him, completely stunned and shocked by his statements. What? Do you think this...? Do you think this, too? "I should've known better. I thought about it a few times. Thank God, it happened now. It was a lucky escape, right?" She was seen cheating on him. All the evidence was against her. Two of his closest friends were certain of her identity because they saw her in the act. She tried explaining. The story seemed too crazy to be true. He asked for proof. She had none. He breaks up the engagement and asks her to leave the house they were living together. She cries, begs for some time till she can show him she is telling the truth. He ignores. She leaves. It seems it's over. Tags: engagement, grovel, HEA, happy ending, besotted, forgiveness, sorrow, sadness No cheating. No other women or men. Celibate. Besotted hero. Besotted ex-fiancΓ©. Grovel. Happy ending for the main couple. Second chance. Broken engagement. Separation for week/months. Possessive. Mine. Strong language. Chapters: 24 chapters Just read if you like HEA and forgiveness because the couple will be together in the end.Complete
Only Human
"Do I make you nervous, Sweetheart?" He spoke lowly. "Psh, no! I just-" I gasped when his tongue flicked out and touched my neck. My hands flew up to clutch at his shirt, fingers tightening in an attempt to hold myself up. It was as if my knees turned to jelly. "Maybe it's bad. And maybe I shouldn't, but I love that. I love the way you react to my touch. I love the way you pretend you aren't turned on. I love that I make you nervous." Oh my. His husky voice was doing a number on my already frazzled nerves. I was putty in his hands, rendered completely useless without him. "It's okay, Sweetheart. You make me nervous too." ----------------- Viola Evans is just an ordinary 19-year-old girl. She moved away from her hometown in Indiana to attend college in Utah. She refuses to take out student loans so instead, she is overworking herself, barely eating, and living in a crummy apartment just to scrape by since her Mom and Step-Father were unsupportive of her pursuing a career in Special Education. Her school year gets a whole lot more interesting when a handsome stranger suddenly starts appearing everywhere she is, laying claim to her in ways that has her questioning whether he is human or not. Join her in her adventure where she loves fully, grows exponentially, and shares her light with the world. cover by: @honey_sprinkles thank you sooooo much for your wonderful work!Complete
