Fresh from prison, Dream locked himself up in his private home. One day he discovered a hidden library under his home filled with enchanted books; he was then enticed by a particular book that was written about the moon god, HD. In the midst of finding about this gods story, he makes the decision to reach out to the god which leads to a string of events which come with downfalls and success.
Will Dream and HD prevail or will other people from their pasts get in the way?

After the Waves devastated the Earth, modern society collapsed. Governments didn't know what to do, and much of the world's treaties and society's pre-imposed rules went out the window. George is absolutely over the moon when he gets a chance to meet all of his online best friends. Especially because they decide to see the city together, for a month! But there's just one issue: He's never seen Dream's face before. And when he does, he's terrified he'll fall even further for him. Dream is excited and nervous to go on a trip with George. Thing is, most of his friends haven't seen his face. Will they think of him differently? More importantly, will he be able to tell George how he feels? Or will he forever live in the shadows? So he trained hard, graduating top of his class to join the Twilight agency, which was a government-funded organization that deals with cases that normal police forces are unable to handle. He finds himself reassigned to the K-9 department, where he has to choose a dog for his partner. George is surprised however to find that the "dogs" that he has to choose from, are not the four-legged, furry creatures that he knows of... To Protect
Dream struggles to fight off Nightmare who is taking over him, making him hurt those he loves and kill. At first he convinces himself he's being destructive and evil for George, so that George will never be in danger and could do what he wants but it is soon made clear Dream is not the one making the decisions over his own actions. Set as if Minecraft was real with canon lives. Occasional Sapnap POV and George POV. A lot of dialogue for the first chapters was taken from several streams but after that it is made up including the story. Songs are incorporated but don't need to be listened to, to read. I don't generally write so it may not be the best story but I hope you enjoy all the same! :)Concluida
