The Mafiosa's Little

Alessio and Gisella tried for years to add a little girl to their family. They already had 3 rambunctious boys but Gisella dreamed of having a little girl to dress up and spoil. After 10 years of trying, she gave up hope.

Fast forward 20 years, Alessio and Gisella are in the US for business when Alessio surprises her with Lily, their perfect 'little' daughter.
Lily grew up with drug-addicted and alcoholic parents who never gave her the safe and secure home a child deserved. When she catches the eye of a little hunter, Lily soon finds herself trapped in the Lucchese mafia family.

Will Lily's strong-willed, foul-mouthed, and attitude-prone self meet the expectations of the mafiosa? Or will one of her escape attempts eventually lead to freedom from being the mafiosa's little girl?
