With the taste of blood and dirt in her mouth, Lydia began the fight for her life. She began kicking and screaming all while being dragged backwards toward the Devil's Hollow tree. Nails digging into the ground she tried to crawl while she was being pulled backwards on her stomach. Lydia's nails began breaking and ripping off, she cried out in pain.
Her unknown attacker grabbed Lydia by the throat, picked her up into the air, and smashed her into the Devil's Hollow tree. Her breath caught in her chest, she began gasping for air, stars danced in her blackened vision, and loud bells rang assaulting her hearing.
The hand around her throat tightened, denying Lydia the chance to catch her breath. Maniacal laughing sounded in the air around them. Lydia could not believe it, her attacker was laughing, she was dying and her attacker was laughing.
Lydia is trapped in a deadly game of cat and mouse, can she win or has her time ran out?
