For reasons unknown to her, the Indominus is released and narrowly escapes with her life.
When given another chance to kill the raptor that caused such an inconvenience, she finds herself unable to finish the deed and instead spares her, despite her better judgement.
Even worse, her momentary lapse comes back to bite her when the two are trapped in a gorge and are forced to work together.
...And is she actually beginning to enjoy the raptor's company?
