Transformers: Another Earth (Pokemon X Transformers)

When the Decepticon's Time-Space machine failed, a handful of Autobots and Decepticons were transported to an alternate universe where creatures they never seen before possessed powers that roam the planet. Two young trainers will come across the Autobots and help them find a way to get them back home. In the mean time both factions will come to understand that there is more to this planet than meets the eye.
