A young boy who's name was Izuku Midoriya his dream was to be the greatest Hero but Fate had other plans for him when he was 4 years old he went to the Quirk doctor and then heard the most saddest news in his life and that was that he's Quirkless and after that day Fate made it even more harder for Izuku as his so called childhood friend Katsuki Bakugo started to bully Izuku for not having a Quirk and for wanting to be a Hero without a Quirk
