The Prophet ; L.R.H. & 5SOS

This boy. He had built a shelter over her soaked body and like a spring breeze, brushed away the silent river cascading down her face. He'd taken a good look at her cracks, and covered them with the warmth of his touch.

But inside her head was a constant chaos of blooming thoughts and shaky glances burying her in suffocating layers of self-doubt that did not allow her to tie strings with anyone. There was not a single moment when her mind could be safely locked within her own soul, her eyes always flickering into the blank void of space.

So when she finally found the sanctuary that she'd gladly immerse her whole being in for the eternity of time, she was once again reminded of the scathing sun that would burn her, the gushing beatings from the ocean, earthquakes destroying her bond, and storms that threatened to unearth her roots completely.

''Stop thinking about everything else. Just look at me. Look at me and I'll make you forget about everything else.''

/ This was kind of inspired by Murphy's Law.
/ But right now, I'm not really sure what I'm writing about.
