VERY self-indulgent aroace Susan Pevensie fic. Basically, an exploration of all the contact Susan has had with queerness in her early life and some bi Edmund solidarity. I'm bad at summaries so here's an excerpt:
"Don't be silly, said Sally. "How could a boy love another boy?" Susan was silent for a moment. Sally had just said that she liked girls, so wasn't that rather a silly question? Didn't Sally already know? And it wasn't as if Susan knew really.
"But they do," she said after some thought. "Father told me about it. Men can like other men. We saw two kissing in an ally." Sally stared.
"If boys can like boys, then why doesn't anybody talk about it?!" she said, her eyes flashing with defiance. Susan thought about that. If she was being honest, she didn't rightly know. She wished she'd asked Father more questions.
"I don't think people like it very much," Susan reasoned aloud.

She was a girl from inside the wardrobe. He was a boy from outside the wardrobe. ~~~~ "You're joking?" I scoff. "These are the Prophecy?" I pointed at the three children standing beside them. It was like an inside joke that wasn't even laughable. "Yes, sweetheart! You cannot deny the coincidence that is happening all around us." Mrs. Beaver explained. Her motherly tone brought me some reassurance. I nodded reluctantly, glancing at the three children standing awkwardly. "So much for a Prophecy." ~~~~ "Is Aslan really your father?" Lucy asked me. I smirked in amusement as she sat down beside me at the river. "Is that what everyone keeps telling you?" Lucy nodded innocently. It was adorable how her cheeks redden in embarrassment. "No," I answered, "he isn't my father by blood but I like to think of him as one." I turn to the flowing river, watching as the tiny fishes jump every now and then out of the water. "He raised me, saved me from dying. I never knew my parents. Don't know if they're looking for me or continuing on with their lives like nothing is missing." I shrugged hoping to fool anyone who thought otherwise. If I put my guard up maybe no one will notice. ~~~~ "A King is never a King without his Queen by his side." A voice said from behind me. I smiled at his attempt of trying to woe me. "Oh?" I didn't need to take a look to know that he was already next to me. His warmth radiated to me like a magnet. It's been a year since Isabell and the Pevensies returned to England. And nearly a year since the Pevensies left the manor. For a year, Isabell has been alone in the manor, writing to her friends. She misses Narnia as much as she misses the Pevensies. The ring that hangs around her neck serves as a reminder of her life as Queen of Narnia. When Isabell is sent to school in the city, she had set up plans to reunite with the Pevensies. Swiftly after reuniting, the Kings and Queens of old are called back to Narnia. Things are different this time though. It's been 1,300 years in Narnia. They all feel a sense of guilt for leaving Narnia only for it to be invaded. Isabell struggles to call on and harness the fire inside of herself. She has to find a new part of herself she hadn't known about. But it's not their own struggles that plague them. A new ally is presented to them, the heir to the throne of Telmar. Only he's not fighting for Telmar, he's fighting for the Narnians, to give them back what his ancestors stole from them. Tensions are clear between the High King and the Telmarine Prince from the start, causing them to butt heads on what they think is right. Narnia is not the same as how they left it.
