Coulson's team are deemed terrorists by Supreme Chancellor Palpatine and the United Republic government. Coulson's team are actively hunted by the United Republic military intelligence with a Task Force led by Commander Talbot and Commander Tarkin. 

Coulson draws upon talented and experienced Agents for reinforcements while his team struggles to maintain unity with the other members of the Jedi Order on their team Jedi Knight Anakin Skywalker and his Padawan Ahsoka Tano. Hydra seeks an object of power called the Obelisk which is connected to Skye's past within the Jedi Order and her mysterious father. While Count Dooku and his master Darth Sidous have their own motives to learn more about Skye and how the Obelisk is connected to the independent nation of Mandalore/Texas. Mandalore/Texas is currently at war and Skye could be the key to determining who will rule this powerful nation.All Rights Reserved

Its 2011 and chaos has struck the world. A Shield facility was attacked and a powerful item of cosmic origin known as the Tesseract was stolen. The culprit is a Frost Giant named Loki of the pocket dimension Asgard whose employer is unknown. Shield Director Nick Fury takes action and puts together a strike force of enhanced beings and trusted Shield Agents called the Avengers. As a compromise with Secretary Pearce Fury accepts Palpatine's recommendation to have 2 Jedi assist the Avengers. Jedi Knight Obi Wan Kenobi and his padawan Anakin Skywalker. The two Jedi must successfully work with the Avengers to locate the Tesseract. Then stop Loki from using it to transport a terrifying armada known as the Chitauri to conquer Earth.

Protests against the Clone Wars have begun in 2015. The war between the Seperatist and the United Republic has escalated. Hydra's exposure within Shield has allowed the Seperatist to recruit more nations and beings into its government. Iron Man finds the scepter that Loki used in the battle of New York/Lothal and decides to use it to create a peacekeeping program called Ultron. He believes this would bring a swift end to the Clone Wars however Ultron becomes sentient. Ultron seeks to create a device that would cause all droids to self destruct killing 90% of the human and alien population. Ultron hopes to create a new harmonious government where droids and biological beings share equal power and the Seperatist and United Republic are under the rule of Iron Man sentries under Ultron's control. Seperatist Chancellor Count Dooku betrays his apprentice Asajj Ventress to prove to his master Darth Sidious his loyalty to him. Asajj Ventress decides to have Wanda Maximoff become her apprentice after Quicksilver is killed in the battle where Ventress was betrayed. Together they make a deal with Ultron to destroy the Avengers and Count Dooku.

Peaceful systems are plunged into the heat of battle, with many being ill equipped to thwart back the overwhelming separatist forces led by Count Dooku and General Grievous. One legion in the grand army of the Republic seeks to turn the tide, and bring peace and order back to the oppressed systems under the CIS. The 501st, led by the Young General Skywalker and Commander Tano, are dispatched on a grueling and treacherous mission to the planet of Mygeeto. Their mission is to retrieve stolen DNA samples from the Clone facilities on Kamino, with the separatists on the planet led by Admiral Tonkin, seeking to create a virus with the potential to wipe out the entire clone army and provide a swift and insurmountable defeat to the Republic! She learned how the Jedi code restricts them from completing some objectives. Finding love, hate, and anger all within herself. Lexi goes on a path to find herself within the force. The Clone War has resumed after its brief pause due to the fall of Chancellor Palpatine, who has been revealed to be Darth Sideous. Chancellor Kayla Kanai leads the Republic, and Darth Tyrannus has seized control of the Separatists. The war is now anybody's game, and victory is up for grabs. Ahsoka Tano has just begun to truly embrace life in the Lower Levels when she finds herself swept back into the battlefield. While she decides where to draw the line on violence, Anakin Skywalker now has to hide his wife's pregnancy from the Jedi and the Republic. The galaxy isn't about to wait for the two to figure out how to live their lives, so they struggle to balance their personal journeys with the intergalactic crisis at hand.
