Killua's family sold him to the mafia when he was fifteen. He's now seventeen and he's the boss's right hand man. Killua gets another big job, he has to go to a remote island to kill this big government official within two months. This isn't that big in itself, but the community is so small, it's easy to be noticed. So Killua has to enroll in the school there to keep his cover as he gets closer to the official. He's also tasked with making friends with the official's kid.

Gon lives on a small island on the northern tip of Zoeino, one of the smaller countries of the world. He lives there with his dad, Ging and Aunt Mito. His dad is an important government official, and is often away for work, but he's coming back to spend some time with Gon and Aunt Mito for a while. The day Ging is supposed to arrive, a new kid shows up in school . . .

Hey, this is my first fanfic, so please don't judge to much, ok? I'm puting these two in my own world that I created (incidentally I was inspired to create said world from the York New arch), just to let you know. Also, in this world there is something called Essence, which is very similar to nen, but a little different. Essence can also serve as a soulmate mark of sorts for some people

I will say ahead, that the personalities definitely will be off, also, I don't own any of the hxh characters, or any of the possible references from other anime's I may or may not throw in. There might be an oc or two, I still have no idea how this will play out. Also, I don't own the cover art, credit to the creator, whoever/wherever they
