Gravity is the force that pulls things toward each other.
You don't choose it. You don't decide it.
It just - happens.
Without asking. Without warning. Without caring at all about the rules.

You are a force I cannot resist.
Not because I'm weak.
Not because I made a bad decision.
But because gravity doesn't care about decisions.
It just pulls.
And you pull.
And I have been trying to stand still inside that pull for a very long time.
And I am so tired of pretending it isn't happening.

You have weight in my life.
You are not light.
You are not nothing.
You land.
Every time.
You land.

In space, when something gets too close to a gravitational pull -
it gets caught in orbit.
Circling.
Unable to leave.
Unable to arrive.
Just -
caught.

That's what this is.
That's what she is.

That's the thing about gravity -
it doesn't perform.

Without deciding to.

And there is no such thing as out anymore.
