This helps them understand her better and strengthens their resolve to save her. The turtles rescue Laura just as she faces imminent danger. In a moment of intense vulnerability, she realizes that she loves them. Afterward, she wakes up in a hospital, surrounded by her friends and the turtles. The brothers confess their feelings for her, and she reciprocates.
