Apparently Jane's  parents are divorced,  her mom didn't seem to care about her over the years and her Dad married Denise, Tris mother who husband had died 2 years earlier, They seemed to have a pretty comfortable life and the locals testified positively towards Jane. What they didn't know what that 22 year old Jane, was not killed in a fire but was murdered and drugged  brutally.
