In a new, "better" America, teenagers are forced to be injected by a serum to make their dreams become reality. Sound nice and cute? It isn't. After these teenagers are injected by the serum, they are sent off to training to prepare for a battle to the death with other so called "Dreamers." This is the way of the Dreamer's Initiative.
