We all have are scars. Some that overpower our judgement, cloud our minds with lies. Yet we all walk around day-by-day masking our hurt, our struggles because who wants to handle someone else's mess. Callie has struggled since she was a kid dealing with the loss of her dad and the ongoing bullying throughout K-12. One thing has stayed constant, Jc has never left her side. Her rock and best friend through it all. Kian has his own issues created from a broken childhood, forced to grow up too fast. With little respect for others besides his friend Jc, he's lost with what lies next in his life. How do you allow others in when all you know is loneliness and pain? How do you win the game when the cards you've been dealt exist solely to set you up for failure? When it all seems to be going right, we are reminded that illusions are a magicians greatest trick.

This story is about a girl named Hailey, who gets in touch with Jc Caylen. She wants to get answers but nobody is willing to tell her. Will she ever find out who Jc really is and what kind of secret he has ? Welcome to your, hopefully, new addiction. Little sneek peek I looked up to the sky, watched how the stars shined. I tilt my head, so beautifull I thought to myself. His chuckle snapped me out of my thoughts. I felt how he looked at me, so I turned my head to look at him. He chuckled once again, and then looked at the stars. You can say I was a bit confused. "Look," He said after a few minutes. I looked at the stars too. "Look how they shine for you" he continued. "For me ?" I beamed, causing him to smile. "Yes, they shine for you."
