Unattractive

"What do you see in me?" Esme asked, her fingers dancing on her lap. She was nervous.

"What makes you ask that, love?" Reign inquired, placing his controller on his desk.

"It's just, you're attractive and I'm not. So, I'm just wondering what about me actually intrigues you."

Reign looked back at his girlfriend, as he laughed, "Esme, I'm not attractive. Stop calling me that, seriously."

Reign was different from the rest of his family members. Generations were skipped and the forbidden power was given to him. Because of his differences, he was forced to hide, hide himself from the world. He forbid himself from getting too close to anyone.

But, one night at dinner, a special guest peaks his interest, he peaks her own. That same day, she accidentally finds out his secret. But, she doesn't judge him for it, nor does she make fun of him. If anything, it makes her love him even more.
