VultureClan is ruled by a cruel leader, Hailstar, who imposes harsh punishments upon cats who break his strict rules. On top of this, he has received an omen that may foretell a conflict with the neighbouring EagleClan. His only kit, Sleetpaw, must come to terms with the reality of his father's actions, all whilst a potential war looms on the horizon and a secret rebellion quietly forms.
