Jeremy became friends with one of the new students he found out that his name was Kol they got real close. Jeremy became one of the best students in his new teacher class they got to know each other.
Elana and Jeremy were at the school dance they're aunt was a chaperone talking to they're teacher when Jeremy was talking to Kol outside when Tyler walked up to them.
But Elena and Stefan are not dating they're friends.
