A woman is trapped within a London hospital and can't move beyond its grounds. She spends her time following doctors and nurses around the wards, eavesdropping on their conversations and observing their lives. Her only reprieve from her isolation is the infrequent visits from Death himself, an entity who appears to be infatuated with her. They are expected to be kept safe and well looked after during their stay until one day; a set of killer twins, a war veteran and a man who claims to see fictional characters begins their life within the institution dubbed as Saint Crazies. Saint Pinnington's, a hospital where only the loved survive. TRIGGER WARNING: this story involves detailed graphic murders and forced miscarriage.
