These are short stories about a woman living in Germany during the Holocaust. She finds herself and her family being targeted by the Gestapo because they are Jehovah's Witnesses.
This story is fictional and was written for a class assignment.
I researched a real family, the Kusserows, and loosely based the Stieber family around their true experiences.

TW- this story contains SH, addiction, SA, suicide etc. this was the first book i had ever written and it is not edited yet but will be, there will be changes to chapters in the future. A 15 year old girl is being bullied and abused, her life is a living hell. to ease the pain she slices her arms in hopes that it would help, alas it had only made it worse. as the weight of the world became heavier upon her shoulders, her thoughts tell her she is no good. Then one day she cuts to deep that sends her to the hospital, where a nurse takes her in. She soon finds love, hardship & gets pregnant then she is finally happy. But is she really here... They lived in Poland. At this point of time, Germany just declared war on Poland. Their mother dies unexpectedly in an attack,and their father dies at war. The twins must figure out how to adapt to staying with Mr. Vandel, their neighbor and his nephew, Fin, in his cottage in northern Poland.The only thing that could help was hope.
