It's been six months since all those who were dusted returned. 

A father and son are learning to live life without one's wife and one's mother. 

Meanwhile, a group of radicals are trying to keep the world as it was before the Blip, but change is a natural progression. 

Two acquaintances join forces to get the shield, which was wrongly given to another, back and to fight the radicals.
