As the members of the smp struggle to rebuild L'manberg from the destruction of the mob war [Which is a noncanon event that I made up, where the baby Ender dragon(I named "Amira") grows up and takes over the Nether. She made portals to the Overworld and sent thousands of Nether mobs to kill every player in existence for killing her mother. She failed and was killed by Eret], a mysterious infection breaks loose and starts poisoning the world. While the members grow aware of the illness, they had no idea... of the suffering, death, and brutal heartache that would follow. Can Dream once again revive the whole server and end the plague? Or will he meet his end, making death permanent, and spread the plague?

The Multiverse for a long time has been an endless loop. Both inside the AUs and in itself. Error and Ink making a truce then breaking it in any possible way. The Dreamtale twins fight until Nightmare dies and Dream sacrifices his soul to plant a new tree of Feelings recreating a cycle. But, among everyone, there is one person who remembers each loop that took place and after a few centuries of trying to figure out what to do, he finally got it. He will break those endless cycles and try to finally give the Multiverse some peace. This is the story of that attempt.
