Have you ever wondered what it would be like to be in a magical world? Well, twenty year old Astra Holister sure as heck hasn't. She didn't believe in magical beings or anything related to that. But one day she finds herself lost in a creek, literally, and has to face a whole lot of magical things. As she was walking in the woods one beautiful day, she stumbles across a creek. Astra let her childish instincts take over and she decides to jump in. And instead of landing on solid ground, she falls through the creek. Little did she know that this creek, along others scattered across Earth, is a portal to this magic world called Morastar. Morastar is a world filled with magic mushrooms, poisonous forests, talking animals, and of course, corrupt monarchies. There are five kingdoms in Morastar, each one ruled by a descendant of the first king. But the kingdom Astra finds herself in is ruled by a horrible tyrant. Everyone thinks he's the best, but that's only because he's brainwashed them. As Astra tries to find her place in this new world, she finds her closest friend, Jake Thurston, a huge help. He helps her through what she needs and tries to sooth her troubles. Astra doesn't know just how much of a good friend Jake is until Leo Chaffman, Astra's best friend and crush from Earth, shows his face in Morastar. Filled with twists and turns and betrayals, Astra ventures on a chaotic journey with confusing feelings. Only question is, will she ever make it home? Or will she be stuck with the tyrant everyone adores and his "evil" brother?

He faces choices that could be fatal to his life, but the decisions he must make are necessary for a breakthrough to finally occur and for the world to have any chance of being saved. Ritael survived death. Terrified and confused, she flees across the Arizona desert, it seems, from herself, until she comes across an arrogant stranger. The golden-eyed man tells her about the people from Aeterna that they are. They found themselves on Earth just after the Land of Eternal Life burned down, and the ruins covered with a thick layer of ash are no longer habitable. They are immortal, but there is a catch to eternal life... It hasn't been long since Harlyn, as the only one, returned to Florence, and the camp is already preparing to evacuate. The two boys he found in the hut warn them all about the increased attacks of the Beings. The camps decide to join forces and flee to Sedona, where the canyon by the river is home to the most guarded hideout, built by the only Invicta Being allied with humans - Raysun. There is much more hidden in the past of each of them than they realize, and the discovery of the forgotten could change the fate of the world.

Adrenaline pumped in my veins as I pressed myself against the large tree trunk, hoping the darkness would conceal me from my impending doom. My heart hammered against my ribs and cold sweat gathered at my palms and chest. His armor clanked and clinked, scraping against itself as he grew closer and closer... Then silence. "Come out little rabbit." The voice was deep and menacing, and I would've soiled myself right there if I were any younger. I couldn't see very well, but I could see what little moonlight that filtered through the trees reflected off a pale face. His gaze was like a hungry, crazed wolf hunting its prey. "Found you." *** Roselena is satisfied with helping her father run his printing business in her childhood village, but in the face of kingdom rising against kingdom, she finds herself thrown into a world of political tensions, magical beings, and the plot of a God. She struggles to define who she is, what she believes, and who she can trust. Worst of all, she seems to have been snared by a cruel King who can't seem to leave her alone. In a world going up in flames, Roselena can only hope to find mercy amongst the burning fire. Warning: Themes of SA, religion, human sacrifice, gore, and some explicit language.
