Survivors have split into factions and are forming rival gangs in which they are disappearing at exponential rates due to government kidnappings. Once word is out everyone has to decide whether gang related battles are more important than life itself as they know it. If that isn't enough they join forces with omniscient beings, extraterrestrials, and some beings that cant really be put into one category.
