A new world unlike anything they've ever known outside the pages of their favourite books.
When River is sucked into a Kingdom filled with deceit and danger, will they accept the opportunity the fates have given them? Or will they use their newly found power to escape and go home? Skeletara is something they'd only thought could be found in someone's imagination, with the people and creatures to match. This new world hold so many new possibilities, despite being on the brink of war with a force they're unaware of the full capability of. The only ones capable of defeating such power is a group of youngsters cast out by society for their peculiarities. River has to decide between helping a land they barely know, and possibly finding love and a family they've searched for their entire life, or search for a way to escape this fantasy land they've been unwillingly sucked into.
With so much to go back to, and lose if they never return, but so much to gain, and a new beginning, who's to say what they'll chose.
