What you're about to read contains a series of essays written by numerous people. Four of them by the surnames "Di Angelo" and "Solace", deriving of the italian and latin roots "of the angel" and "consolation" respectively. The contents of these essays is to be contained within this book and to never see the light of day.
Some stories aren't meant to be shared. Some stories are meant for those close to the subjects within, not meant to be seen by onlookers who are simply curious. This may be one of those stories.

"Are you going to heal me or what, Solace?" After the war with Gaea, Nico di Angelo is forced to spend three days in the infirmary with the annoyingly handsome son of Apollo. Nico di Angelo is a Guardian--a near-human species that has gone nearly extinct and is hardly known outside of minority religious circles. The only problem with their deepening relationship: Guardians and humans have a sacred pact to prevent war between species--and rule number one is that there shall be no romance between Guardians and humans.
