The woods are not a place for a girl like her. She knows. But it only makes her more curious. Curiosity killed the cat, she was warned. She did not give heed for she was no cat.

Red, or at least what everyone calls her, the girl in the red hoodie wants to go to the woods. The place her grandmother forbids her from going without an explanation. For in there, she's likely to get killed by shape shifting wolves-
hunters.

Determined to go to the woods, Red meets her first hunter, a huge white wolf with eyes as blue as the midnight sky. She knows what a wolf like that could do.

A wolf like that could kill her too.

One year, during a very frightening encounter with a wolf, her cape is ripped and the magic leaves the garment forever. In order to re-enchant the cape, Phoenix must provide a sample of the blood of the thing she fears the most. In this case, Phoenix's greatest fear was a specific wolf that is believed to be the biggest of them all. The very essence of the term Big Bad Wolf. On her quest, Phoenix learns to face her fears. But here is my twisted version is where the grandmother was killed and having the wolf forcing Little Red to live with him, later on they fell in love and there is the leader of a wolf pack that is trying to kill Little Red Riding Hood. Her name is now just Red Riding Hood because she is not little anymore, she is a 20 year old woman living with her mother in the village.
