He find her interesting so he followed her outside and saw her smoking.
She handed him a pack of cigarettes and then talked for a bit after that she left him alone.
The girl had some mission to finish so she had no time talking to some strangers she just had met.

But Sanzu on the other hand can't get enough of her. He keeps on following the female wherever she goes.
He's obsessed.
